Unfortunately, It's closed on 1 JAN 2020 :(
Well, Suica is OK.
It ’s normal today
Okay we had our problems in another ram today ?
Its own soup is pork.
All sort of prices, but not more than 15$
I went ther in April, there was no baby chair. The place is very narrow, only eating at the partitioned individual seat. No table for group visitor.
Not exist inside.
is there
You can customize your ramen taste, and with each customisation your ramen will taste different. Each visit is a new surprise!!!
There was a long line at the when we arrived but got in within 30 minutes. Food service was fast. The seating arrangements we're interesting. Single private booths to concentrate on your ramen. Broth was very flavorful and the noodles were perfectly firm.
The line was worth waiting for.Great brothGreat noodlesYummy porkWorth the wait ðŸ‘ðŸ¼
Long queue moves fast but cash only & needs to ‘buy’ using vending machines in Japanese with pictures 🎫 definitely one of the best ramen (¥1,500) I’ve tasted thus far with tender juicy meat that melts in my mouth 🜠free tap-water at dining-kiosk with hangers & hooks on the panel for jackets & handbags 👜 first-timer rather stressful with the fast-pace but enjoyable interesting experience as non-Japanese tourists
The original still taste the best, the quality of the food doesn't change over these years. the thick rich broth adds to the chewy noodles, makes the ramen a complete enjoyment.
Our favorite ramen in the world! There's been a line both times that we came to this location, even during off-meal times. But the wait is worth it! Cash and Suica card only.
Delicious Tonkotsu ramen serve in solo booth . This is a popular place for ramen which you are expected to wait for up to an hour during the popular lunch or dinner hours. Luckily it is 24 hours, so you can also eat here for supper at night. This restaurant is a chain based, but most of their outlets are also quite popular.
Great ramen from this famous Ramen chain. We went to the Ueno branch at 9am for a sneaky breakfast ramen and were not disappointed. It was very quiet inside with many counter spots left. The ramen was exactly as specified on our multi choice sheet. Beautiful Dashi, noodles were great and the chashu was very tender. A great experience and definitely a big breakfast!
Had the pleasure of eating here at 3am while adjusting to the time change and being a bit jet lagged and it's still one of the best meals I've had in my time in Tokyo. The menu is so simple, yet offers a nice bit of customization. As for the ramen itself? Well, I think the broth is amazing, it's rich and leaves such a great taste in your mouth. The noodles were also perfectly firm, and you can even order additional noodles for a small fee. My only complain is the chashu. While delicious, it's just such a small thin portion. If there's no line and you're craving good simple ramen, check this place out.
It's indeed the best ramen in the world! There was a line outside but it didn't take long to go inside. The staffs also speak English so no need to worry, the service is excellent!
Yeah it’s good, but not 1500 yen good. Maybe more like 900.Customization options are pretty great.Space is a bit cramped but not stressful.Worth a stop so you can tell your friends you’ve been here when they see a clip of it on some buzzfeed video.
Lovely experience. Food is good, not too expensive despite being super famous, love the whole concept of eating in your own little space. Would definitely go again. Also the wait wasn't too long when we went which was good, as theres always a line for Ichiran!
One of the best ramen spots i've ever had!
A must-try restaurant in Tokyo. The long line indicates good food. One person per cubicle. Your order can be customized according to your preference.
One of the best ramen in town. Delicious broth and noodles. It really worth even if you have to wait in a line.
like always... five star!! de bessssttt lahh
Some of the best ramen you'll enjoy while in Japan. Plenty of option to order and extras to order if you didn't have enough. Kinda tight seating but it's a delicious sit down eat and leave ramen restaurant
Really one of the best if not the best ramen fast food in Japan.
Great food. Very fast service. Delicious pork broth
Lined up for more than half an hour on a weekday from 2.30pm. The ordering system and shop's setting was very interesting. Good flavor. Overall I liked it but it took too long to wait.
Located in yamashita exit in ueno station - weat side. The resto is small but the taste of their ramen is so famous. When entering this resto, we will face ordering macine. After choosing, the waitress will guide to the aisle seating that lined up. The taste is really delicious. No wonder many are praising the delicious ramen here. Worth a try!!
The staff was very polite and serviceable the ramen was good but I expected the soup to be more thick
This place is just amazing ! :)Great overall experience for first timers and tourists. But man... The ramen is just incredible. No words can describe this great and rich taste.
Great place, super straight forward. They only have pork broth but that give you ready ways to customize richness and noodle firmness, as well as spice level and adding other condiments. I was in and out in probably 20-25 min. Super fun experience also and the ramen was delicious. Definitely recommend this :)
We had higher hopes with the great reviews but it was quick ramen. Worth a visit for the experience! It's close to Ueno Zoo.
I guess it was the best ramen I've ever tried. Beautiful place and nice staff. Highly recommended
Sometimes you just want a straight forward meal after a long day of travel. Ichiran is an ideal place to eat sensational food without the fuss. The staff will try their very best to help, but English speaking can be limited (of course). However, there are plenty of English instructions to get you through! Simply insert money into the vending machine, choose your ramen and any extras, and then press the money return button to receive your change. The machine will print your tickets. Simply join the queue and await seating. Don’t forget extra noodles if you’re left with a bowl of broth.
One of the best ramen so far. I was really wishing to get over the sushi trend of my friends and it offered a great exit to the matter. Try to not get in the rush times because it gets crowded really easily. Noodles, soup, fish and tons of meat! Going back as soon as I return Japan. Best
Cost done having authentic ramen in Japan and it was amazing, and very different because you had to place your order through a vending machine.
The taste is delicious. But I do not recommend for a group to enjoy together because of long waiting time. Not so specious.Ramen = ¥980Boiled egg = ¥130
Our favorite ramen! And it is open 24-hours. If you’re looking for a bowl of ramen in the morning or late night Ichiran is there! The flavor of Ichiran is unique in the sense you can really taste the shiitake mushroom flavor in the broth which we love. And the dining experience is unique for Westerners that are not used to having no interaction with other guests and staff. It’s a fun experience.
Amazing and delicious. Probably a little touristy but this place was so good. It was worth the wait getting in. Try to avoid peak lunch/dinner hours. Eat in privacy or bring the partition down if you're with friends.
Good ramen, the place is small but very efficient. English menu available. Don't expect to have big tables so you can sit and chat, this is a "fast food"-like system. Get in, place order, eat and get out. Quick and easy
Nice Ramen, you should try if you visit Japan. Come in the morning so that you don't need to wait in queue.
Definitely on my top 3 favorite foods in The World! Love Ichiran!
Best ramen i've had!
Delicious ramen and quick service. Standard bowl is about 1000Â¥. Grab some extra noodles and pork with your order!
Best ramen I've ever had!
5 stars as usual. This store is not much wait.
The beet ramen in Japan. Thanks to the separation of the entrance and exit, we could wait less and enjoy the dish more.
Love this little chain; it's quick and no nonsense kind of meal (how ramen truly should be). I love the customized ordering and the spice. It's not a knock your socks off but more of a flavourful enhancement. If you're there in the spring, definitely recommend the extra green onions as they are in season. The individual bar and self service water is a great thing too as you can catch up on your hydration before packing in some sodium! Try it out!
Good and cheap ramen soup. It's a funny place to eat.
One of the least people ichiran ever. Less queuing.
Can Ichiran Ramen ever go wrong?
one of my favorite ramen in Tokyo. the broth is thick and yummy, the noodle is firm. the eating place is quite unique too, where you order through a vending machine, thick mark your noodle preference (thickness of the broth, oil, garlic, firmness of the noodle). dont forget to try the matcha pudding too, refreshing taste after the rich ramen flavor.
Very recommended. If you visit Tokyo, Japan. Ichiran Ramen is worth try. It is very delicious one and come with test concept as you can see each table is seperated. Worth try. Worth money. Worth time to wait in line.
Best ramen I've tried in Japan so far! Also, very fast service.
Such a delicious meal! Service is always great and fast!
